Fletcher Mathers features in Woman Walking – a poignant play by acclaimed Scottish playwright, Sylvia Dow, inspired by the life of Nan Shepherd and her love of the Cairngorms.

Sylvia Dow’s play has both humour and pathos and brings themes of grief, resolution and the healing power of nature, imagining several interactions over a period of time between two.

Touring Scotland throughout October 2023 and culminating in performances at the Traverse Theatre on 20/21 October.
