Julie Hamilton

Julie joined the agency in 2012 (working alongside agency founder, Anne Coulter). Prior to life as an agent, Julie worked in the entertainment industry for twenty years as an actor, director, theatre school principal and young talent agent.

George Rae
BMus PGDip LRAM PGCE ARAM
George has been an agent with CHR since 2020. Previously, he performed for over eighteen years in London’s West End and on Broadway to critical acclaim. In 2024, he was conferred with Associateship of the Royal Academy of Music (ARAM) for his significant contribution to the theatre and musical landscape both as an agent and former performer.

Fran Bloomer
Fran has worked as accounts manager for the agency since 2017. Alongside this role, she became commercial agent in 2024. Her vast experience in administration management includes twenty years of various management positions for the Peckham’s retail chain.

Shanna Logan
DipTCL BA (Hons) PGDE
Shanna trained at The Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and Middlesex University, performing in plays off West End. She holds a PGDE in Secondary Drama from University of Aberdeen. Shanna joined Team CHR in 2024.
Junior Agent
Rachel Spurrell
PGDip
Rachel trained at the Royal Academy of Music and has appeared in numerous West End productions including Mary Poppins, The Phantom of the Opera, The Wizard of Oz, Billy Elliot and Made In Dagenham. She joined Team CHR as an assistant in 2021 and became Junior Agent in 2025.
Deputy Accounts & Operations Manager
Julian Flick
Julian joined CHR in 2026. Alongside his work with CHR, Julian also runs his own operational support business. Before setting out on his own, Julian spent almost ten years working in the legal industry in various paralegal roles.
Young Performer Agent
Gary Hamilton
Alongside running Glasgow’s biggest theatre school – Stagecoach Performing Arts – Gary has been agent for all young performers since 2012.
